Asili’s Kiwi co-founders Eve Penny and Hamish Davies work with East African artisans to produce ethical objects that honour the region’s traditional craft, and have just released a new range shaped from Kenyan soapstone. No machinery is used in its making, the carvers working with little more than knives, machetes and chisels.
