Ready for another coffee spot today? After spotting the picture of their new bar on Instagram I asked the owners of Mica Coffee bar in Haarlem to sent me some more images of their coffee bar just outside the centre of Haarlem, a beautiful small town near Amsterdam.
The sisters Annemarie and Sophie started Mica in 2015 after talking about it for hours, several brainstorms and getting inspired while living in Copenhagen. With both a background in hospitality, they love to bake healthy food and a developed a passion for good coffee, which at Mica is roasted by Bloomers, two brothers from Nijmegen.
