This is such a dramatic makeover, you could hand sew this pretty readily too!
Technically this shouldn’t count because it is dress to skirt BUT the skirt refashion part I did would work on any skirt, click through to see how I stamped it!
A relatively subtle change but sometimes that makes for the garments you wear over and over again!
