Through her series 36 Days of Type, Namasri Niumim illustrates alphabet picture windows as well as numbers 1 through 9. Each letterform is an opportunity to showcase a small scene, whether it’s someone painting, skateboarding, skiing, or sailing. And in keeping with this tradition of these artworks, the illustration corresponds to the letter it is representing.
36 Days of Type appeared on Namasri’s Instagram, and I’m a huge proponent of these daily challenges for yourself. Not only do they encourage creativity, but they also give you something to share on social media every day.
