C’est à l’architecte Borja Peña, du studio Beta.0, et la décoratrice Elena Muñoz, de Apun qu’à été confié ce projet de rénovation de maison à Madrid pour un couple et ses deux enfants. Quelques changements dans sa distribution, en ont fait un logement moderne et bien équipé. Un escalier presque sculptural, spécialement dessiné pour la maison relie les niveaux bas et haut.
