En exécutant les travaux dans la salle d’eau, elle a découvert au niveau inférieur une surface non exploitée qu’il a été possible de récupérer après accord de la copropriété, portant la surface totale de ce loft à 70m², une excellente opportunité et un bon investissement. A small loft doubles its surface area thanks to an unexpected tip.
Designer Irina Bogatikova has found an unexpected way to expand this loft in Moscow, which was originally only 36m². While carrying out the work in the bathroom, she discovered on the lower level an unused surface that could be recovered after agreement of the co-ownership, bringing the total surface of this loft to 70m², an excellent opportunity and a good investment.
