Of course, you can’t visit Lapland without learning about the Sámi people — Finland’s indigenous people — and Inari is the perfect place to do just that. Known as the centre of Sámi culture, you can immerse yourself in the area’s heritage and natural history at Siida, which houses the Sámi Museum and Northern Lapland Nature Centre.
