In the living room, the olive green tufted sofa sets the tone: playful and refined. It anchors the space like a functional piece of art. Around it, jewel-toned accent chairs in deep green and cobalt blue invite conversation. We love how the geometric rugs echo the shapes and hues of the artwork. Every corner of this room speaks to curated expression. We’re talking about the textured neutral fireplace, the abstract and figurative art, and more.

fluted island base

In the kitchen, the island is wrapped in dramatic green-gray marble and fluted paneling. As such, it doubles as a bold design feature and a functional gathering spot. Above, a linear pendant casts a soft glow (enough to highlight the veining). Warm camel-toned bar stools add a soft contrast. Simultaneously, open wood shelves keep the look grounded and approachable.

In the dining area, shape does the talking. A sculptural green marble table steals the spotlight. This is flanked by tulip-style white chairs that bring a retro-futuristic vibe. Below, a geometric rug in ochre and navy adds rhythm. Above the table, a modern pendant light floats like an art installation.

mustard extended headboard
textured wooden nightstand
colorful rug

The bedroom in the Chromatic Apartment is anchored by a mustard velvet headboard that stretches wall to wall. This sets a golden tone that’s both bold and grounding. Layered textiles in lilac, blush, and rust add softness. Sculptural sconces and playful round pillows bring in the fun. At your feet, a patterned rug introduces storybook charm. Thoughtful touches (think: a green velvet chair, a fluted oak nightstand, a fresh floral arrangement) complete the look.

wooden vanity
tiled shower cubicle

The bathroom features bold triangular tiles in deep green and crisp white. These wrap the floor and walls. We’d like to say, they turn everyday routine into a graphic design moment! A floating vanity in rich wood adds warmth. A green marble sink is in sync with the palette of the home. A huge applaud for the French doors that open to city views!
