A dark base of aluminum fin and mesh screens, the residential units float over as a rigorous natural stone-clad volume, with deep-set openings onto terraces shading full-height glass and bronze-finished elements which quietly articulate the elevations with rhythm and texture.
The interior design of the Taupe residences is pure and minimal, offering a simple and quiet but refined aesthetic, combining natural wood and stone textures with subtle lighting.
A local landscape design with indigenous species creates pockets of nature to the corners of the site adding nature, colour, and dappled light reflections on the surrounding walls. The façade also incorporates planters which bring natural landscape and privacy to the upper level residences, pool and gym.
