At the same time as the apartment I live in is up for sale this weekend I´m having the keys for my new one handed over. Renovation is getting started and lots of things has to be settled in a short time. Renovating an old apartment is so exciting, you never really know what to find and what the possibilities are before you start. Since I don´t yet know quite how it is going to turn out I am still searching for inspiration and you might remember I visited the Reform showroom in Copenhagen a couple of weeks ago. I just came across some really nice projects they have done on their website, and this kitchen belongs to Line Borella and her family. I know Line from work, she is the PR Manager at Menu – and of course she´s got one of my favorite kitchens at home.

The kitchen is Norm Architects design in sawn smoked oak, bronzed tombac handles and countertop in solid smoked oak. Another alternative I am also looking at is the kitchens from Norwegian Ask og Eng. Like Reform they offer doors ready made to fit IKEA units, read more about Ask og Eng here. Also love the lamps chosen over the counter top, the lamps from Lampe Gras mounted in the ceiling is both versatile and good looking.
