C’est l’architecte d’intérieur Mélanie Lallemand-Flucher qui a pris en charge, en plusieurs phases s’étalant de 2015 à 2018, la rénovation de cet appartement haussmannien de 97m², aux beaux éléments d »origine, hauteur sous plafond, parquet en point de Hongrie, et moulures. Malgré tous ses atouts, cet appartement nécessitait une rénovation afin de le rendre conforme à notre art de vivre contemporain. L’esprit du lieu a été préservé et l’espace redéfini par des baies vitrées en acier laquer qui isolent les chambres sans couper la lumière. Photo : Sophie Loubaton
Renovation of a Haussmannian apartment
The interior architect Mélanie Lallemand-Flucher took charge of the renovation of this 97m² Haussmannian apartment, with its beautiful original elements, ceiling height, parquet flooring and mouldings, in several phases from 2015 to 2018. Despite all its assets, this apartment needed renovation to bring it in compliance with our contemporary way of life.
