You will need only moderately thick flexible wire and mini led with copper cable, battery or power.

Make the shape you want with the wire – sliding it with simple pliers – and simply wrap the LEDs around the construction all the way through.
To hang them on the wall you will use one or more pins, depending on their size and shape, to hold them firmly. At the fastening points, you can fasten them even further by tying them to the pin with an extra piece of thin wire.
In the same way, apart from all kinds of shapes, word phrases can be created.
