Leeton Pointon Architects + Interiors designed House on a Hill, a multigenerational home on Bunurong Country in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Anchored in its rural setting, it balances solidity and softness, light and shadow. Durable, low-carbon materials, like second-hand bricks and concrete, are softened by timber, stone and gentle curves. Poetic and restrained, the architecture invites emotional connection through spatial intimacy, sensorial richness and a deep awareness of land, climate, and legacy.
