I love being able to eat dinner in the kitchen. I have it like this in my own apartment as well and I think the kitchen then automatically becomes the center of your home, where you gather around the dining table. This simple grey Ikea kitchen is combined with white tiles going all the way up to the ceiling and open shelving in oak wood to display ceramics and accessories. I love how the oak wood of the shelves comes back in the round dining table and the bentwood chairs.

Since the floor and walls are white and the kitchen is grey, the wooden surfaces really warm up the space.
