It’s said that the eyes are a window to the soul. If that’s the case, Helen Hodson’s ceramic creatures convey an unassuming charm that is sure to make you grin. Adorned with painted googly-eyes, the sculptures feature delightfully rotund animals—including French bulldogs, guinea pigs, and capybaras—that wear cozy sweaters and tiny hats. They’re mostly all smile, but even when they’re “grumpy,” they’re still sweet.
