Plastic is a polymer, material obtained from oil. Plastic was invented in 1860 by Alexandra Parker, and its popularity is rising steadily, especially last decade. Time for degradation products of plastic materials is from 100 to 1000 years, which means that recycling plastics greatly reducing the amount of waste in landfills. It’s amazing how much we can do with the material that we thought to throw out. It just takes a bit of will and creativity. In this post we present some ideas for recycling plastic bottles.
