A 12th-century castle,  located 30 minutes from Florence and Siena, in the heart of the Chianti wine region with layers of Renaissance frescoes and light-toned contemporary design by architect and designer Paola Navone. A more modern and light aesthetics has been integrated into the building without ever losing the histostric soul of the place. Wall frescoes and vaulted ceiling are intact for a dive into the Italian Renaissance without counterfeits. The resort offers Michelin-starred dining experiences with estate-to-table Tuscan produce, as well as meaningful wellness therapies at COMO Shambhala Retreat.
