Durietz Design and Development welcome est inside their fastidious revival of a 1910 townhouse on the Spanish island of Mallorca.

Design duo Christoffer and Josephine Durietz came from different industries with a passion for architecture and interior design to establish Durietz Design and Development. Uprooting their lives in Stockholm, the couple set out to transform historic buildings on the island of Mallorca through a hands-on approach.
Upon entry at their latest project Camp Roig 31, a grand arch draws the eye straight to the home’s courtyard. Camp Roig 31 features one central living-dining area, as well as a veranda that opens out to the outdoor living area and a more intimate attic living room on the third floor.
Josephine and Christoffer’s attention to detail is reflected in their determination to include custom furniture and artwork in the home. In the living room, a marble table and daybed, both designed by Durietz Design and Development, accompany a
