Another sympathetically renovated Lincoln Park row house

A young family relocated from New York City to Chicago and purchased a combined Lincoln Park rowhome; the original pair of homes were constructed in 1886. The design team preserved the historical structure to make the home feel more distinctive and layered.
I will 150% help promote sympathetically restored homes versus those that are gutted and modernized. Hats off to Nate Berkus‘ team for keeping this home real. And beautiful. Also, can we take a moment for that foyer marble tile. Styling: Kimberly Swedelius & Darwin Fitz; Contractor: Tinker & Chance Construction; Photos: Heather Talbert & Wade Hall
