Encased by coastal greenery on the island of Ibiza, metres from the cobalt waters of the Mediterranean, a unique hideaway awaits. The owners, London fashion editor-turned-ceramicist Deborah Brett and her writer/film director husband Tom Edmunds, enlisted the expertise of leading South African-raised, UK-based interior designer Hubert Zandberg. A study in timeless sun-bleached style, Deborah and Tom’s home is softened by an eclectic mix of finishes and furnishings, many showcasing the handiwork of local artisans using natural materials, such as bamboo, leather, straw, stone, and lots of natural textures and earthy elements to marry the mood of the island.
