If leopard is my favorite color, then Houndstooth is my favorite weave that easily makes this jacket outfit so much fun this season. There are many rules I follow in the fall and winter months,
- up your vitamin D intake – to combat those pesky winter blues;
- limit my sugar – helps to keep my immune system strong (now more than ever);
- never got outside with wet hair – my mexican mother still insists on this;
- and increase your houndstooth – fall/winter fashion needs more houndstooth.
This look was inspired from a Versace look that I couldn’t resist recreating thanks to a trusty Vogue Pattern v9133, some houndstooth I picked up at the thrift store and some fun styling. I love recreating looks from the runway because it pushes me out of my comfort zone, stretches my fashion styling muscles and makes me feel special.
That’s right, fashion makes me feel special and during this pandemic we all need to feel a little special.
Where would I wear it?
Where ever I want.
