In the east of Paris, this 89m² loft house, presented by Espaces Atypiques, is housed in a former architecture workshop. On a small garden, and in absolute calm, it has the charm of the somewhat secret places of the French capital, and inside, its height under the ceiling and its mezzanines welcoming the bedrooms give an original atmosphere to this place.
