Personne ne voulait de ce terrain sur une pente à 45° situé à Pacific Palissades, à Los Angeles. Pourtant Jeanne Chen et Bob Dolbinski en ont vu tout le potentiel et ont pu l’acquérir pour un prix raisonnable. Ils ont ensuite demandé aux architectes de Moore Ruble Yudell de leur dessiner la maison idéale pour ce terrain si spécial. Architect’s house on a sloping plot of land
Nobody wanted this land on a 45° slope in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. However Jeanne Chen and Bob Dolbinski saw all the potential and were able to acquire it for a reasonable price. They then asked Moore Ruble Yudell’s architects to design the ideal house for this special plot of land.
