Juan un avocat argentin, en se promenant en vélo, a vu une annonce pour un appartement à vendre. Il ne savait pas s’il s’agissait d’un grand ou d’un petit espace, et a découvert qu’il faisait seulement 17m². Il s’est adressé à l’équipe de IR Arquitectura pour en tirer le meilleur parti, et les professionnels ont décidé d’annexer le balcon pour agrandir l’espace. Tiny apartment with a brilliant design
Juan an Argentinean lawyer, while riding his bike, saw an ad for an apartment for sale. He did not know whether it was a large or a small space, and discovered that it was only 17m². He turned to the IR Arquitectura team to make the most of it, and the professionals decided to annex the balcony to enlarge the space.
