Not only did I see the colour brown used a lot. There was also lots of texture in all kind of variations and patterns, and as explained before, especially the combination of flat and fluffy.
Moroccan craftsmanship
Moroccan craftsmanship was beautiful represented at the fairground in the Moroccan Pavilion, where different brands with hand knotted rugs, all with their own design, look and feel showed their collection. Some of the brands brought it even further and offered the possibility to really design your personal carpet. It was such a great part of Domotex and our team is already dreaming of visiting Marrakech and meeting the brands and their weavers again.
