The gardens of a Spanish Colonial Revival

This historic Spanish Colonial Revival home in Beverly Hills is a beauty, and landscape designer Scott Shrader created an exquisite outdoor space where the goal was keeping a sense of history whilst bringing it into the future. 17th century pilasters frame the driveway entry, custom iron gates, a 17th century stone water feature centered at the front door created a sort of courtyard. And he designated the pool as the hero with the addition of solid marble coping and a new spa that is glassed in on one side. Yessssss!!!! Photos: Lisa Romerein.
