I absolutely love the personality and character in this home, which makes it look cozy, inviting and stylish in its own way. I like the small white sofa, combined with the glass coffee table and the grey area rug against the beige wall, which has been decorated with a lovely selection of art prints. The vase and pleated lampshade in the window add a vintage touch as well and I love those poppies on the side table that add a bit of color to the space.
The vintage vitrine on the left side of the sofa adds the most character to this space I think. The dark vintage wood adds contrast to the otherwise lighter color palette and the vitrine itself has been filled with beautiful decor items on display. On the opposite wall from the sofa, a little bench combined with a vintage mirror offers a spot for decor and at the same time, the mirror reflects the space to make the room look bigger. The small dining table in the corner has been separated from the rest of the room by the use of the art prints on the wall, which is a lovely trick to create ‘borders’ between functional areas in the same space.
The bedroom has a beautiful deep green wall color, which makes the white lamp and bedsheets stand out so nicely. This is a daring wall color, but it makes this small room special and characterful as well.
