The Stockholm national museum, originally built in 1866 has recently been renovated. Gabriella Gustafson and Mattias Ståhlbom from TAF Studio, Carina Seth Andersson, Stina Löfgren and Matti Klenell collaborated to select and design the interior pieces for the museum. The team strives to create interiors that “highlight the process of making and celebrate the unfinished, in a house already filled with artistic masterpieces.”
I especially love the tints of wine red in the restaurant (in the first picture). This deep tint on the furniture matches the majestic building and the rough walls perfectly.
