I’ve been blogging here at Hands Occupied for awhile. Started in earnest in 2010 as a way to learn basic web design, photography and become a more active part of the craft community online, Hands Occupied has grown and evolved over the last 8 years. Now we have Read Alongs, fun series, video and photo tutorials, and tons more. Not to mention the Very Serious Crafts podcast! The daily minutiae of running Hands Occupied and my craft design business as a whole take up a lot of my brain. It can hard for me to take a step back and put myself in your shoes. What can help me (tremendously) to get a perspective on how Hands Occupied is doing in your eyes is simple really – it’s YOU! I’d love to hear what you’ve got to say about what Hands Occupied does, so we’re doing a quick survey! Everything from the blog posts to the workshops to the technical layout of a new knit or crochet pattern is up for discussion. I’ve put together a brief survey to get a sense of how you think Hands Occupied is doing. Hi, I’m Heidi, and I run this whole operation by myself. I’m a human just like everybody else, and while compliments are 1,000% welcome and appreciated, I also really want to know what I can do to improve Hands Occupied and serve you better.
