When you think you’ve seen every chair possible this one shows up looking new and fresh, and totally different from everything else. The Rose Chair from Swedish Massproductions were shown for the press last week for the first time and the official launch will be at Stockholm Furniture Fair. The chair is designed by Chris Martin, Chief of Design at Massproductions. Developing the chair Chris Martin wanted to work with solely layered wood, a challenge both concerning the material and the available production technology. The result is stunning, The Rose Chair stands out as an elegant statement furniture.
The chair will be available in black stained oak, walnut stained beech, maple and a color to be determined by Chris Martins daughter, Rose, which the chair is named after.
