Wellington’s Jane Denton has been working on a new series of hand-stitched cotton artworks, Once. She rarely sets out with a clear idea of what she’s going to create, but when she began this limited-edition collection in the last days of summer, she was drawn to express hints of moments past in an autumnal palette of burgundy, forest green and moody blue.
