Immerse yourself in the captivating and inspiring patterns, textures, and colors found in the ocean, and harness their beauty to create mesmerizing surface design. In this online class, we will explore the beautiful world of marine creatures, seashells, coral reefs, and more to pull inspiration for your unique patterns. We will be taking our doodling and drawing to next level by exploring all kinds of techniques to create pattern inspired by the sea.

We will be working through 1 lesson a day for 30 days with techniques, prompts and exercises to get you playing around with pattern and surface design. We will explore color, repetition, drawing, painting, mark making, abstraction and design. I will be sharing a variety of simple techniques and concepts that will take those ocean drawings and doodles to the next level.

IMPORTANT NOTE: this class has new ideas does not repeat other class content with ocean themes.

Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just starting out, this course will help you develop the skills and confidence you need to create bold and unique surfaces design inspired by the ocean. All of my online classes have unlimited access which means that you can join at any time, come and go as you please and create at your own pace. All ages and levels welcome!
