Ikea recently launched their new catalogue for spring focusing on bedrooms. Not only for better organization but also focusing on how to increase the quality on sleep. A well organized bedroom sure helps, a mattress, pillow and duvet meeting your needs as well. Not to forget your bedtime habits. There are so many small actions that will improve our quality on sleep, for me I know a calming interior helps a lot. Entering my bedroom and feeling relaxed instead of stressing about piles of clothes or all other stuff that seems to be a good idea hiding away in the bedroom. Pella Hedeby has done a series of photos to inspire us on how to create a harmonic interior in the bedroom. Soft colors, shapes and textiles – and good organization. Enjoy!
