I love this dining area with the wishbone chairs and the beautiful herringbone flooring. The fabric pendant light completes the look and adds a softness to the space.
As you can see the living and dining room is one space. First of all that aged velvet sofa is such a statement. It’s an unexpected piece yet it works beautifully in this room. You also have the iconic Carl Hansen Cuba chair at one end which is made cosier with the sheepskin throw.
This living-dining space doesn’t have the most obvious layout – the sofa is against the wall with the dining table in front of it. This is not a large space and it has two doorways making it trickier to decorate. Sometimes a typical layout may not work for your lifestyle. It’s important to choose a layout that does work for you and how you use the space.
That said, they’ve got a very large sofa as well as a spacious dining table and yet this room doesn’t look cluttered or full. There’s plenty of breathing space for free-flowing movement.

Once again, lighting is a feature in the bedroom and there are simple decorations like the monochrome prints, dried flowers and of course the linen curtains. You also have a chair in the corner as well as a mirror with storage.
All in all, this bedroom really has what’s needed and used and nothing more. There is a wall to wall built in wardrobe on the wall opposite the window (not visible in the pics) that provides much needed storage.
