Samantha Leigh Interiors thoughtfully designed each space to cater to the specific needs and preferences of the family, with Samantha noting that “they love to lead an active and busy lifestyle, and are often hosting friends and family at the weekend.” As such, the home needed to be both a place to relax and entertain. This informed the choice of materials and furnishings, as well as the layout, which clearly delineates the living areas from the private areas.

With these neutral materials as their canvas, Samantha Leigh Interiors were able to infuse the interiors with layers of texture and colour to ignite visual interest. “A lot of our early references for the project were European – always textural and always layered,” Samantha says. Vintage pieces coincide seamlessly with contemporary elements, creating spaces that exude comfort and refinement.
By attuning themselves to the clients’ aesthetic preferences and evolving needs, Samantha Leigh Interiors have realised both a family retreat and an entertainer’s delight. “Our clients often remind us how much they love spending time at home, which, to us, is the most important measure of success,” Samantha says.
