As you can tell I’ve been enjoying this animal print trend lately, enough to carry it over into my Spring projects. I love a good pop of print though, specifically for a skirt or short paired with neutral basics. I’ve been wanting to make a wrap skirt with a zipper closure on the front, so I paired the inspirations into one project. My sewing motto has always been why sew boring clothes? Maybe the leopard print is a bit bold for some, but this pattern is great in a lot of different fabrics from denim to leather. The zipper detail on the front transforms any skirt from basic to edgy. Get the details below and make your own.
