
I’m really starting to notice the difference between my summer and winter diet. In the summer I eat healthier, drink more water and generally feel more energetic in the warmer months. But as soon as we hit November I get the urge to comfort eat and snack throughout the day. It’s a vicious circle. I feel cold and low on energy so I eat to combat my fatigue.
