This project by Andrew Simpson Architects combines a very dark and moody interior with high end materials and design items and a beautiful custom wood panelling in the kitchen. The part of the home that is darker is also the old part of the house, which is combined with a modern annex. I love this dark-light, old-new combination and it shows both original and modern elements of the building in its best light.
