What used to be a commercial space is now a beautiful two-level home with a dark blue kitchen, blue interior accents, and a minimal bedroom with white floors. The kitchen lays in between the living room and the bedroom, connecting both spaces with its with a glossy finish.

The stairs leading up to the bedroom are integrated nicely into the kitchen space, without compromising the kitchen layout.
The blue tones in the porcelain pieces on display on the floating shelves complement nicely with the dark blue kitchen cabinets.

Next to a larger storage cupboard in the kitchen, a small dining area has its place. The vintage dining table combined with the blue bentwood chairs and the vintage bike on the wall transform this setting and makes it unique.
A living room space with a large mirror to brighten up the interior
The blue sofa follows the color palette created in the dark blue kitchen setting, yet the real focal point in this living room with concrete flooring is the paneled standing mirror that covers almost the entire living room wall on one side.
The impressive mirror design makes the living room appear much larger than it is and reflects so much light coming in through the double doors where you enter the apartment.
The vintage drawer chest is painted in the same color as the dark blue kitchen and the Serge Mouille wall lamp fits perfectly in this corner, providing a nice reading light above the sofa as well.

While the rest of the apartment has concrete floors, paired up with blue tones for a contrasting look with an industrial touch, has a lighter and delicate look.
The white bedding and the beige linen headboard add soft textures to the palette, while the two beautiful wooden chairs used as bedside tables and the oak bench behind the bed add beautiful wood tones to the mixture.
The bedroom sideboard has mirrored cabinet fronts, which reflect the bedroom and dark blue kitchen in a subtle way, adding more depth to this minimal setting.
A bathroom with three different tiles combined
While the dark blue kitchen has both tiles on the countertop and the backsplash, this is an interior element that is very much present in the main bathroom as well. The dark green glossy floor tiles combined with the simple white tiles on the bathroom walls and the smaller square tiles on the sink make for an interesting and playful combination in the space.
A guest bathroom with a statement wallpaper
Small spaces sometimes need a bit of a bolder statement to make them shine. The dark green zebra pattern on the statement wallpaper in this guest bathroom transforms the space and I love that the dark green color on the wallpaper makes a link to the dark green glossy floor tiles in the main bathroom.
