I love the character and personality this home expresses. In the living room the pale blue sofa stands out in a modest, yet present way. The cool tint of the blue is paired up with warm tints in the linen pilowcases* on the sofa, in the rice paper lampshade and the selection of art prints on the wall. Both the light beige curtains* in front of the window and the light area rug on the floor lighten up this palette and allow the blue and warm tints to pop out.
The cozy dining area in the kitchen works very nicely in front of this window and I love the way the green plant is draped around the window, which adds so much character to this area.
The bedroom might be the space with the most personality because of the green William Morris wall paper, which is the perfect backdrop for the antique bedside table, the peg rail on the wall, and the bed, which is made with a beautiful linen bedskirt* in combination with a mixture of white and colored linen pillow cases*.
