How to create an additional bedroom in a small apartment in Paris?
This small Parisian apartment of 55m² had not been renovated for years. A high ceiling height made it possible to create a bedroom high up, overlooking the kitchen/living room area. Pixel Architecture carried out this project, optimising each space and creating new volumes. Exploiting the ceiling height, even if it sometimes seems difficult, is an ideal solution when living in a large city, where the price per square meter is high. The cost of the work is largely balanced by the additional value that the apartment then gains, and the use of an experienced architectural firm, an excellent solution to optimize the space as well as possible while staying within its budget.
