I first shared a basic blocking tutorial back in 2014, but ever since I started the Hands Occupied YouTube Channel this fall, my most-requested video tutorial is how to block knitting. This video was designed for a square one blocking beginner, and it features a slightly slower pace, repetition, + titles rather than a voiceover narration. tepid (room temperature) water
clean, dry towel

blocking mats (or a second towel)
