This week I had both productive and uninspired days where I felt like I was not good enough. One of the biggest takeaways of this vlog is how shifting from “I’m not good enough” to “I’m doing my best” can help you be more kind to yourself. Self-compassion is the beginning of a shift.
As artists, our inner critic are louder than others because we are digging deep into a place of vulnerability and feeling exposed. And it’s easy to get discouraged. But don’t, I’m right here with you! So, go and create imperfectly and keep sharing your magic!
