It feels like just yesterday I was telling you that. And now we are celebrating her 5th birthday. Unbelievable! She is a master at LEGO building and is absolutely LEGO obsessed, so I thought it apt to incorporate some LEGO aspects into her birthday celebration.
I guess I owe being a chicken Mama for inspiring this idea. I thought of using over 100 of (since in my brain the undersides mimic the look of LEGO bricks) to create a 3D wall/backdrop that look like LEGO bricks. I almost regretted this idea because it was so time consuming, but it was totally worth it. This wall was the perfect backdrop for the party. I plan on reusing the cartons for Easter craft activities and of course for egg storage.
The cake was a hit! It was made by the lovely Jenny from local O.K., get ready for picture overload. There were so many fun moments!
