A former belt factory in Chicago’s Fulton Market district featuring Club Bar, Drawing Room, Music Room, 15,000 sq ft Gymnasium, Screening Room, Belt Room, Rooftop with Pool, Cowshed spa, Allis Bar, Pizza East, Chicken & Farm Shop, Fox Bar and 40 bedrooms.
The project is an adaptive reuse of 113-125 N. Green Street, a seven-story, 120,000 square foot early 1900’s former warehouse building located in the Fulton Market District of Chicago’s West Loop.
Exclusively for its members and hotel guests, Soho House Chicago provides a 12,000 square foot gym, 40 hotel bedrooms, a screening room, an event space, 4 restaurants on the Club floor, a rooftop restaurant and outdoor pool with unobstructed views of Chicago’s skyline.
The Chicago location is London-based Soho House’s 12th and largest international location. Shapack Partners developed Soho House Chicago and performed both the landlord work and tenant build out.
