A log home with stone floors (where the logs aren’t stained some ghastly orange/yellow tone) is honestly one of the most beautiful and comforting style of homes. This absolute delight located in St-Alexis, Québec was designed by Blanc Marine Intérieurs, and while in my youth I might have thought the coolest thing in the world would be to live in a huge industrial loft, in my old age it’s a well-done log cabin.
