This turn-of-the-century apartment in Berlin caught my eye today, largely because of the colour palette. Showing just how impactful paint colours can be in creating a mood or feeling, the combination of soft beige and green hues creates a soothing, cocoon-like feel. Colours that I imagine would be very calming to live with, I also love the apartment’s simplicity and pared-back aesthetic. Refined and free of clutter but with plenty of room for new owners to make their mark, real estate site Fantastic Frank always strikes that perfect balance when presenting a home for sale.
