The last couple of weeks has been extremely busy and all I can think of today is packing my suitcase and travel somewhere nice to unwind, relax and soak up on inspiration. Beaches and cities, yes please to both. Basically, all I want is to wander unknown paths with my camera, lay in the sun with music in my ears and a book. Sleep, eat, see and be. Where to?
SOPHIA LUXURY SUITES, SANTORINI
According to my Greek friend, the far best hotel in Santorini. The view and the hotel looks amazing. Clear blue ocean and skies, beautiful architecture and according to the reviews I’ve read also great service.

SANTA CLARA 1728, LISBON Santa Clara 1728 in Lisbon has been on my list for a while. Both of course because I would love to visit Lisbon and because the hotel looks absolutely wonderful. The renovated 18th century building situated in a charming Lisbon square has been fully renovated by owner João Rodrigues and his family. More like a family house than a hotel consisting of a dining room and kitchen, relaxing areas and six suites.
HOTEL JULIEN, ANTWERP Antwerp is on top of my must-visit cities. The architecture, the culture, the arts.. And Hotel Julien is highly recommended by everyone who has been visiting. Beautifully restored in a 16th century building.
11 HOWARD, NEW YORK Who would say no to a trip to New York? I know I wouldn’t. And certainly not if I could stay at 11 Howard in the heart of Soho. By now 11 Howard is well known by Scandi design lovers, designed by Danish Space Copenhagen.
THE SLOW, BALI Modern, cool and relaxed in the most beautiful tropical environment. While a lot of the hotels and retreats in Indonesia tends to look a bit bohemian (nothing wrong with that) The Slow is just cool. Boutique accommodation, all-day dining, drinks, art. local culture and interactive retail in one place. Let me tan a bit more in my balcony and I´ll be heading to Bali and the Slow.
