How often do you check your phone during the day? If you’re like me, you probably pick it up nearly 100 times. (I average 87!) As long as you are routinely turning your screen on and off, you might as well make the most of it. For that, I suggest designer ’s Sunday Words and stories. Each week, she introduces many short phrases—sometimes written, sometimes spelled out with beads—that offer empowering mantras along with visually stimulating textures and patterns.
I have Lucy’s Sunday Words as wallpapers on all my lock screens and switch them up from time to time. They are bite-sized bits of motivation, best for when you’re feeling anxious or are uncertain about your direction in life.
