It’s only taken me 12 months to share some of our favourite Puglia memories with you. When photography is not only your passion but also your day job, personal and travel images always takes a back seat. But hey it’s here, and now I can share this most beautiful little guest house with you,
Locorotondo is a small town in the region of Puglia in southern Italy. It is situated between Martina Franca and Alberobello in the Valle d’Itria, a green stretch of countryside dotted with the famous whitewashed cone-roofed trulli houses. It is officially one of the Borghi più belli d’Italia, the most beautiful villages in Italy. As well as its picturesque appearance the town is also known for its wine production. The town lies in the Province of Bari.

As we set foot in Pietra Pesara, we were welcomed with open arms and felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and ours even had its own little Trulli right at our doorstep and a beautiful private
Pietra Pesara offers the most delicious breakfast with freshly baked goods by Francesca (she is quite a keen baker) and organic fresh produce from their land. They also have bicycles available for guests to use, which we gave a go on our second day and cycled to the beautiful town of Alberobello.
We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again, thank you, Francesca & Marco, for all your tips, help, friendliness and being amazing hosts.
Ciao Bella, till next time!
